Proof of identity required
In order to sell us your car, we will need a few proof of identity documents from you:
- A valid UK photo driving licence or your current passport
- Two original documents providing your current address dated within the last three months, for example bank statement, council tax statement or any other utility bill.
- Sorry we do not accept mobile phone bills.

When selling your vehicle to us, don't forget to bring the following items with you:
Current Valid V5 Logbook,

Please make sure your vehicle has been washed and vacuumed on viewing so we can appraise it correctly.
If there is finance outstanding on your vehicle, please also send us a copy of your final settlement letter with the lenders bank details and we will settle this on collection. Remember, if you have a private registration on your vehicle, you will need to retain this online with DVSA.
*If a valid V5 Logbook cannot be initially provided, you will be charged a £200 Holding Fee until this is handed over (refundable within 28 days once a V5 Logbook is provided - non refundable thereafter).
